The Way of the Peacful Warrior

This book was recommended by one of my teachers. I don't even know how the topic came up and how we started talking about this book.

But I got it, read it. And I've never read a book so intensely as this.

It took me through someone else's life. A completely different path, direction, background, but the experiences he spoke of were extraordinarily familiar. I have been writing, journalling and reflecting on what I've learned from this book for a few months now. It may not have changed my life in terms of the direction I'm headed, but it definitely polarized it.

I am seeing the world through clearer lenses. I am seeing myself in a different light. I can't say it was this book that has changed me. It has contributed to a whole list of things that are going on right now. That's what was so amazingly coincidental about reading this book now. It's bringing me down the 'rabbit hole'. And I can't wait to see what's waiting for me....

More about my experience in this book... I have never visualized or retained so much of a book before. There was too much that I took from the book that reflected my life, that continues to provide input in my life and awareness. It's a must read for anyone who is ready.
